PEMF therapy sends magnetic energy into the body to work with your body's natural magnetic field to improve healing. A biohacking and rehabilitation treatment that helps regenerate damaged or injured cells throughout the body. By correcting cellular dysfunction throughout the body and stimulating and recharging at a cellular level PEMF helps reduce pain and inflammation, gives you more energy, improves athletic performance, helps recovery from injury and more. I personally use PEMF on a regular basis especially to ease pain without meds or if painkillers are not enough. When I have that deep systemic pain that nothing else seems to help I turn to my PEMF mat. There isn't much to it; I just lie on my mat set the time and intensity and turn it on. A treatment usually goes for between 30-60 minutes. I have people use my mat but I am also a distributor for the mat I use and know works well. Both mat for use and mat sales are services I offer if you are interested. I refer to PEMF as an adjunct therapy because, although exceptionally effective, the equipment required can be expensive.
